Birthday and celebration venues in Singapore — priced by group size
Updated
The right birthday venue is a function of headcount. Minimums that feel heavy for four people become trivial split fifteen ways, so match the room to the group before you pick the postcode.
Groups of 2–4: stay small, stay flexible
Small rooms with a one-tower minimum are the move — you’ll clear it without noticing. Look at Rose Gold KTV or New Lisbo in Jalan Besar (single-tower entry), or Iconic KTV at Selegie. In bars, sofa seating at Ceni or Lucid works with no real commitment.
Budget: roughly $40–100 per person for a full evening.
Groups of 5–9: the middle rooms
This is where reading the minimums pays. Some venues jump sharply from medium to large rooms — a group of six can be far better off in a generous medium room than a punishing large one. Gala KTV’s graduated tiers handle this well; B12 Delux near Clarke Quay has five room sizes and cheap towers.
Budget: roughly $60–150 per person depending on district.
Groups of 10–15: book a suite
VVIP suites earn their minimums at this size — split ten-plus ways, even an eight-tower minimum is manageable. B12 Delux’s suite has a pool table; Ume KTV’s VVIP room runs on $40 towers, the cheapest big-room maths in town.
Budget: roughly $50–120 per person, often less than a smaller room per head.
Groups of 20–30: the party rooms
Only a handful of venues take this seriously. Wave Party K at GR.iD prices whole rooms per session — the Party room ($1,988 weekday) and President room (up to 30 pax) make a big night’s cost predictable to the dollar. Emerald Club’s VIP room out east takes twenty.
Budget: roughly $80–200 per person depending on the room tier.
Book it properly
Fridays and Saturdays sell out, and minimums are sometimes higher on peak nights. Message us on WhatsApp with the date, headcount and budget per head — we’ll confirm current minimums with the venue and hold the room.
