Our take
The TPI Building basement on Cecil Street, rebranded again (ex-Meili, ex-Underground) but running the same CBD formula: fifteen rooms, afternoon happy hour, towers at $78.
Its walk-from-the-office location is the draw — the CBD crowd starts here at happy hour rates before the evening tips arrive at 7pm.
